About Echo Press Database

INTRODUCING THE ECHO PRESS DATABASE

A “JUSTICE BANK” OF MEDIA CONTACTS FOR ORGANIZERS AND ACTIVISTS IN CALIFORNIA

BETA VERSION NOW AVAILABLE!

Finally, a media database for organizers and activists who don’t have time or money to waste! This online media engine has thousands of media contacts updated by a network of organizing and advocacy groups throughout California.  It includes key national contacts and local bureaus of national opinion-leading media outlets like CNN and the Associated Press, as well as hundreds of youth, alternative and ethnic media contacts.

The database allows organizations to centralize their press contacts online, create and save tailored press lists, share these press lists with other organizations, share comments and tips on building relationships with specific reporters, and much more.  Think of this database as an easy to use application for tracking and sharing media contacts, AND as a portal into a network of organizers communicating for justice!
